A great book to reduce stress

I have read several books on stress and they all seem to cover the same material and don't give you any ideas on how to break the stress pattern. This book not only talks about what stress is but goes in depth about how it effects your body. The best part is at the end it gives you the choice of 3 plans you can do to help reduce your stress. These plans mainly focus on nutrition and exercise and give you all the information you need to know. I did the one-month plan and I have felt an amazing change in how I feel. I would reccommend this book to anyone that is stressed and wants a way to get around it.

    Stress reduction made easy

Suzannah Olivier has helped me see how everything (attitude, physical strength, good foods, stress-building foods, etc.) can affect you. By addressing your very foundation, you can overcome all the stressors put into your life. Great book!
