I have broken my back (long ago) and can walk, but things were becoming stiff and this book really helped me. For such a small amount of money I think I received a lot of good from this book.

Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.I bought this in ebook format in hopes of bringing it to the gym as a visual guide for stretching before and after workouts. Don't get me wrong, it still functions that way, but it is disappointing in two ways.
One, it is really short. I've found youtube videos with more content than this book, and they are free.
Two, the formatting is an issue. At first glance through the book it looked as though they may have figured out the formatting to have one stretch on each nook page, including pictures and step-by-step instructions, but this was not the case. In some instances the instructions for one stretch is on the same page as the title and picture(s) for the next stretch. Some forethought into the formatting could have increased the use of this ebook tremendously.
Overall it the content is does have is rich, with great guiding photos and step-by-step instructions. The introduction gives good tips on stretching which makes it a great beginners guide.
Worth the $1.99 price, but could be better.
