    Natures elements as inspiration.

I found this to be a thought provoking look into some of the spiritual aspects of the martial way. As a martial artist and an avid hiker, camper, hunter,I found this a realy nice read that complemented my interest rather well. And, while out in the woods I put some of the books subjects to good use, and I believe that you can too. Stop and take a look at what's around you the next time your in the great outdoors, It's something to consider.
