Overview

Are you having a hard time building muscle? If you are, the legendary bodybuilding workout routine taught in this book is tailor-made for you.

If you are new to Stuart's books, this is the perfect one to start with. From just this one easy-to-read book you will get everything you need to know to make outstanding bodybuilding progress. But if you have already read one or more of Stuart's other books, this one will remind you of the most essential information, teach you how to implement the legendary routine properly, and reinvigorate your bodybuilding progress.

Why listen to Stuart? Over the last 30 years he has specialized in teaching bodybuilders how to build muscle, and he has given special attention to hardgainers.

His new series complements his best-selling books BRAWN and BEYOND BRAWN. Building on the methods promoted in those two classic works, the new series presents premier bodybuilding routines that are proven to be super-effective.

The course taught in this first book of the new series may be the #1 muscle-building routine for drug-free bodybuilders. This book provides the most complete, up-to-date and useful guidance ever published on this fabulous bodybuilding routine. It includes the routine s background, the modernization of it, the essential foundation phase, the special training schedules, how to train (including exercise technique in great detail), recuperation (including nutrition), and two inspiring illustrations of how to put the course into practice.

If other instruction has not produced the muscle mass you want, why stick with it? Instead, apply the routine that is explained in this book — it is proven to build lots of muscle mass fast.

I highly recommend reading this book to anybody interested in serious muscle growth. The book explains how to implement one of the best bodybuilding routines of all times. It does step by step and although it does not cover much about the origins or real story of that classic routine, it is however the best book, maybe the only one, to guide you in a very expertise way so that you can expect to achieve the maximum of your own potential-
Honest and well written, like other works by Stuart, this book is packed with lots of useful information addressed to any novice, intermediate and advanced fitness or bodybuilding enthusiast.
The routine has created tons of muscle and might along the history and this book is the best choice to introduce you to that vintage, classic routine and expect the best results of your life from it.
No need to say the best bodybuilding exercises are within the routine and it also shows you how to implemet the original routine and also how to change and personalize it so that you can get the most of it.
Stuart Mcrobert just got another excellent book. A must read

This review warrants a disclaimer. I share a long personal and business history with the author, but what follows is my honest, impartial assessment of the book, to provide you with a sound review of it. I have my own professional reputation to maintain.

There has been some misunderstanding of this book because some people have not understood the author’s objectives, or the audience the book is primarily aimed toward.

It’s important to note that when it comes to weight-training information, there’s not much new material on the subject. Almost all of what’s currently being published or touted in training circles is the same basic material that’s been around for generations. Society and social culture have changed dramatically, but human physiology has not changed at all. So most of what you read or hear on the subject of training is “repackaged” information, with only the better efforts presenting the material with greater clarity than before, and in a modernized way. Stuart has delivered on both of these fronts.

But almost all novice and intermediate bodybuilders have not heard about the training routine Stuart covers with such thoroughness and expertise, or have only heard some snippets about it. So, for them, this particular routine is new. And it’s for them that I¿believe Stuart primarily wrote this book. But I’m sure he also had in mind that even many experienced bodybuilders have never properly applied the legendary routine, and thus have not experienced the tremendous benefits that are possible -- so even experienced bodybuilders can benefit from this book.

Over the years, descriptions of this routine have been condensed to such an extent that much essential information has been omitted, and those brief courses (and summaries on the internet) have simply not done justice to the routine. But Stuart’s book is something else -- it really does justice to the routine. It’s essentially a training course put into book form, based on the pioneering work of the author’s role model for the book, Peary Rader. What built tons of muscle generations ago still works today, provided it’s properly applied.

As a communications professional, I can confirm that this book is pieced together very well. It fits with the times. The layout is easy on the eyes, the language is simple, clear and concise, and there are many photos to illustrate points where appropriate. Although the book covers a sometimes complex subject, it runs to only approximately 200 pages. So an average reader should be able to read it quickly and then get on with building muscle without delay.

As someone who has lifted weights for over three decades, I can genuinely say that this book is a very special instructional tool. It definitely lives up to its purpose as a beginner’s and intermediate’s course in muscle-building. But not only that, it serves equally well as a refresher course for experienced trainees, many of whom have lost their way on ineffective routines. So I highly recommend this book to newbies, veteran trainees, and everyone in between.
