    My new favorite cookbook

    This is a great resource. The recipes are fast, cheap, and GOOD. Try the split pea soup or the pad thai, both of which are yummy - not as fast as a PB&J, but when you're done, you've got REAL FOOD. How exciting is that?

    Great combinations!

    This is a great cookbook. The recipes are easy and use familiar foods. The combinations of foods are delicious and ones I never would have come up with on my own. Highly recommended!

    The title of the book says it all!!

    I was scared at the thought of becoming a vegetarian because I thought that it would be harder, more expensive, and boring (I didn't want pasta 7 days a week!). Buying this book has changed my opinion and I am realizing that 1)vegetarian cooking can be easy 2)it can be cheap, 3)it includes a lot more than just pasta, and maybe most importantly of all 4)cooking can be fun and exciting even. I had virtually no experience with cooking meals from scratch before buying this cookbook but I was able to understand this book right away. I would recommend this book to a new vegetarian, an 'experienced' vegetarian, or someone who just wants to start eating vegetarian more often like myself. Great Book!
