Meet the Author

William Paul McClure Kennedy (1879–1963) studied English and history at Trinity College, Dublin. He later moved to Canada, where he became the founder and long-time editor of the University of Toronto Law Journal. He is the author of The Constitution of Canada and Parish Life Under Queen Elizabeth.
