Meet the Author

Joshua Shifrin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts. He went on to earn his Master of Science in Educational Psychology as well as his Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in School Psychology from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. After working for five years as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist, he enrolled at Florida State University where he obtained his PhD in a combined Counseling Psychology and School Psychology Program. Joshua currently lives in New Jersey with his wife, Maya, and their two sons.
