Meet the Author

ABIGAIL MATTHEWMAN is Learning and Teaching Enhancement Officer at the University of Leeds.

CATHERINE BATES has a PhD in English literature from the University of Leeds, where she taught English literature and provided individual and group study skills support. She has published articles on Canadian literature, responsive reading, rubbish and archives. She is now a Teaching Fellow in English at Keele University.
