With her friends deciding all the moves she makes, and her parents watching her every move, how can this girl do what she wants to do, and get who she really wants. While trying to create an studygroup, the girl in this book falls in love with her best friends older brother, but her friends want her to go out with the nice, smart, tall and inteligent study partner. When she finds out that the boy she actually lustes over is an absolute jerk, she sets out to change his ways and win his heart.

I thought this was a great book. The book is like hundred something pages, but the book is really small. It is great book to read in a couple of hours. This book is about a smart girl named Frances who has three best friends who make her join a co-ed activite so she can met some boys. They do this because all she does is study and has a crush on one of her friend's older brothers. She decides to join the newpaper because of she does not her friends will tell her crush her secret, so she ends up having to write an article on a study group with boys and girls. If the group is a success her school could become co-ed. Along the way she realizes he is a jerk and no longer likes him. But is that the whole story. Read Studying Boys, but this is a series so read Putting Boys on the Ledge first.
