I adore this book and read have re-read it several times. There's wonderful fashion advice along with a little escapism. You can translate her ideas and tips and fit them into any budget.

The reason that this book is great is because it by Rachel Zoe. As a stylist, your work is based largely on your own opinion and aesthetic and Rachel is one of if not THE most renowned stylists out there. So, her expertise (which is what you get in her book) is coveted in the fashion industry and is what celebs pay thousands for. You can't go wrong. Timeless advice...

If you've seen Rachel's show on Bravo, then you already know the basis of this book. It's mostly filled with her own personal style (vintage) and opinions. There are some guidelines on dressing for work, casual, travel, etc and a few designer notes, too, including DVF and Michael Kors.

While many of the pages are filled with details on Zoe's many trips to exotic places around the world simply to get a tan and some of the information her friends give would only work for the woman with a never ending shopping budget, there are some very helpful hints. She gives lists of the essential clothing items, make-up, and things to travel with that I completely agree with and that make sense. You do have to wad through many pages of talk about the good life but after reading it you do realize that you can make your life 'and fashion choices' better on a budget.

I really liked it..it gives a ton of good ideas to create your own look..but sometimes it feels like she was bragging about her luxurious lifestyle.

I was sooo disappointed in this book--had a hard time reading it all the way through. I have read more than 50 style books, but this book only tells you about Rachel Zoe and 'her' style, 'her' life style, 'her' friends' styles, ad naseum. Don't bother getting it!

This book is insanely so good, when I got to the end I didnt want it to end. Rachel Zoe is truly inspirational. Im closing this book wanting to be a better person and a few tidbits of how to do it. I highlighted as I read so I can always refer back to Rachel's words if wisdom. Simply loved this book.

I am a huge fan of Rachel Zoe and don’t typically read Fashion Styling Books. Yet, when I picked up this book and began reading it, I instantly got hooked. Not only does Rachel Zoe offer fashion tips but she also opens the imaginations of her readers to allow different styles into their lives. She personalizes everyone’s individual style, for how to make yourself more glamorous. Styling some of Hollywood’s most well known stars, you can instantly trust Rachel Zoe’s styling. Her clients from Keira Knightley, Lindsay Lohan, Jennifer Garner, Mischa Barton, Salma Hayek, Anne Hathaway, Joy Bryant, Cameron Diaz, Demi Moore, Kate Beckinsale. The most helpful section of the book that I found benefited me the most was how to travel in style and how to simply sharpen your everyday wardrobe. Before reading this Fashion novel, I thought I always knew my own personal styles, but after it provided me with the knowledge I need to improve my everyday fashion. Now I’m more comfortable with adding different pieces to my wardrobe that I typically wouldn’t have before. I recommend this book for anybody who wants to be involved in the fashion industry or seeking a styling career. I enjoyed everything in Style A to Zoe, I found it helpful in every aspect of fashion and I feel more confident with what I wear and most importantly, how I wear my own style while feeling confident at the same time.

This book was a light read with a few good tips, but a lot of the material is dated when you consider how fashion trends change. It did not meet my higher expectations.

I usually do not even look at fashion books because I think they're...silly(for a lack of a better word), but reading this book was tre interesting! Style A to Zoe catches your attention from the beginning. It covers all aspects of Glam, and really helps women from all walks of life- from young adults to older moms. I would totally recommend this book to anyone who's interested in fashion period. There are lot's of fun pictures to look at to, for those that bored easily! (A!)

This is one of the most useless fashion books out there. It talks practically nothing about fashion, rather than just Rachel Zoe going on and on about her glamourous life and glamourous job. I was so dissappointed. I couldn't find even one helpful note on fashion and all the pictures in the book were not fashion related, rather than just Rachel Zoe with her celebrity friends/clients (Mischa Barton, Lindsay Lohan, etc.). I do not recommend this book. It is one of the worst fashion related books out there.

This book is fantastic! It's easy enough for beginners, but for us fashion worshippers its AMAZING..Usually I think books on style are silly and a bit too theoretical, but not this one. It's very informative, and there are great pictures inside for a little eye candy. An absolute must have. You won't be dissapointed.

I don't normally leave reviews, but this book just had to make me do so. It's fantastically written with lot's of information and beautiful photographs. The presentation of the book is worth the price alone. It's the best book on fashion I've ever seen put together.
