Meet the Author

Phineas J. Caruthers is a gentleman and a scholar, and never ends a sentence with a preposition. When not saving others from dreadful grammatical errors or puffing thoughtfully on his pipe, you might find him riding his penny-farthing to the nearest haberdashery, or waxing the ends of his moustache.

This is an excellent grammar book and is written very nicely. Its Victorian themed writing and soft humor made it a fun read as well.
