Overview

It is the intention of the author to shape the future of poetry. In his idiosyncrasy, poetry should not only take the form of lines and stanzas but also designs/styles of different forms. Poets should be able to depict whatever image they deem fit in their piece, provided these images give meaning. Besides, every single poem - no matter the context or design - should be characterised by literary devices or figures of speech. As a pioneer, the poet has put together a collection of 1,000 poems, using oceans of images, designs and brands.

At KNUST, Bachelor of Arts in English came knocking, calling!
After four years in KNUST, National Service started dictating
Eventually, KNUST offered him Teaching Assistant position
The Department of English were so intrigued by his passion
After a year, he gained admission into University of Stuttgart
And he did study Master of Arts in American Studies by heart
Besides, worked with Quatrol Plus – Porsche GmbH in Germany
Then moved to the Land of the Living – U.S.A. of many a destiny
Currently studying Master of Arts in Education at mighty CMU
Doubles as a peer tutor and volunteering soccer coach at CMU
Philip Ababio is a zealous student, poet and football scout
Through the storms but his courage never petering out
The poet intends to create a New World of poems,
with different styles, like the great anthems
