As a broker/owner, I bought this book for my new agents. We love it! It's a fast-read with easy-to-implement ideas. I keep it as a reference in my office! Dirk Zeller is an excellent author/coach and the 'Dummies' format puts his ideas into yet another presentation form.

Just starting out I found this book helpful for terms and great start up ideas. From Buyer's Agent tips to marketing, to helpful websites. When in a rut I refer to this book time & time again for more tips on unique things to do or learn.

This is a great book for anyone thinking of entering the real estate field (its like having a coach with you at all times), or for those who have been an agent for a while and needs that extra push or to tweak an area they are not completely confident it. I think this book is also great for anyone who wants an insiders view on the field. FANTASTIC!!

This is one of the best books written for real estate agents. I have read the Milionaire Agent by Keller, Power Agent by Davis, 6 figure income by Ferry and many others. This by far the best book of them all. This book is packed with tools, tips, examples and scripts that would make anyone a success in real estate sales. It is well put together, easy to follow and a wonderful resources. It is not theory like many of the above books mentioned. Mr Zeller the author deals straight forward with how to climb the ladder of success in sales. I was amazed how much beyond the basics it went than many other Dummies titles that I have read. That's why I would highly recommend this book to all in the real estate field not just new agents.

I received this book the first week it came out. I have received Dirk Zeller's free newsletter The Coach's Corner for years. I have read a number of real estate books since I have been in the business a while. The book is packed with solid stategy on becoming a successful agent. It also has some insight that I have never found any where else other that this author. His chapter on researching and understanding the marketplace was brilliant. The chapter on staking your competitive position was outstanding. Those two chapters are worth the price of the book and more. The insights into prospecting, time management, listing presentations, referrals and price counseling where right on target. I know that this book will go down as a classic for the real estate industry. This book is worth it's every penny.
