    As a small business owner, I found many of the secrets in this book to be unique and easy to implement in my organization. I plan to purchase this book for my sales and service staff to help my staff increase profitability. It is a wonderful tool and easy read.

    I found this book by Robert Shook an informative, entertaining and an easy read. In an enjoyable way the use of real success stories made an impression that will be very helpful in my marketing career. I loved the little tidbits of wisdom slipped into each chapter. Different from other dry sales books, the insights in this book made learning about how to make more and better sales fun.
