Editorial Reviews

Library Journal
A router is an essential tool for any woodworker to make edges and trim. Craftsman Lawson (editor, Router magazine, U.K.) introduces this power tool and illustrates its use by outlining router anatomy, basic operations, and jigs and templates. Purchasing evaluations are provided but only for brands available across the pond. Sadly, this book does not make the transition to American English well; the terminology is a bit confusing, and the instruction is not beginner-friendly. A better choice is Rick Peters's Popular Mechanics Workshop Router Fundamentals: The Complete Guide. Recommended only for larger collections or where there is demand.
