Excellent tips to improve your strokes, strategy and fitness

Angela Buxton and Nenad Simic show their considerable expertise and experience in this advice-packed book. I like the emphasis on footwork. For example, Tip No. 138 starts off with this: "The hidden power behind the explosive volley is pushing off with the correct foot." Do you know what a Dynaband is? Tip No. 284 explains how it will preserve your rotator cuff muscles. What should two-handed backhand players do when they're short of time? Tip No. 93 will give you the answer. This book is especially valuable for beginners and intermediates, but even advanced players and coaches can increase their knowledge by reading it. I highly recommend "303 tips for successful tennis."
