    My LIFE Has Changed FOREVER!

I have just finished reading this book this morning, and it has opened my eyes to a whole different perspective about how the historical events, governments, economy, and societies are affected us consumers by the sugar marketing advertising propagandas. I'm currently suffering from ezema and I'm a smoker. After finish reading this book, I want to stop my smoking habit 'cold turkey!' I know in the next couple of months that my skin problem (ezema) would disappear also just by eating any types of foods that are 'sugar-free'. William Dufty is an amazing descriptive author, and I'm so relieved to know where my emotional, and physical problems can stem from - man made refined SUGAR! I know one way to help my problem with the sugar blues is for myself to educate me, my husband, family, and friends about any foods that contain sugar is BAD for you now and in the long run!

    Incredible - better than fiction

Sugar Blues has changed me already, when nothing else could. I've dropped all sweets and have lost 4 things: my craving for sweets, my rls (restless leg syndrome), sore tongue, and weight - slowly. I'll never go back to sugar. His narratives are terrifying - just to know that the Bubonic Plague was linked with sugar was enough to make me finish the book. Now I'm going to give it to several people as gifts.

Feel better within hours. Kick the sugar habit!!

Have you ever had that nagging feeling in the back of your mind that sugar is bad for you? Did you continue eating sugar as there was no evidance against it?? Read this book and weep. Mourn for the years of submitting your body to the biggest killer in modern history. Cane Sugar.

    Don't bother

This book was recommended to me and as an avid reader I found it a total waste of time. Too much rambling. He should have just taken the facts and written a magazine article.
