    A Great Learning Guide!!!

This book is a must! if your just starting cake decorating or its one of your hobby's. I got into cake decorating about a year ago and fell in love. I am now self teaching myself for a career in the filed. I am just starting in the sugar flower work and this book is easy and very detail if your a expert or not. You might have to read a couple of steps more than once. Every flower shows a picture of the final product. LOVE IT! :)

    Good for beginners

I found all tools needed listed and pictured plus uses; receipes for sculpting mediums; pictures of sculptures during construction and finished pieces. The written instructions do need to be carefully read. Add an instruction dvd and this book would be able to provide easy and more comprehensive instruction.
