I read this book as a research source on a report I did for a class. I found out a lot about what goes on inside the ward. Some people think that when someone is admitted for psychiatric help, they are all of a sudden 'safe' from themselves. The research undergone for the production of this book goes into great depth. Dr. Reynolds, posing as a suicidal patient, gives the reader an inside look at life on the psych ward--the good, the bad, and the ugly. I learned so much in reading this book and highly recommend it to those who want to learn about suicide--inside and out.
