Meet the Author

After Katherine Applegate graduated from college, she spent time waiting tables, typing (badly), watering plants, wandering randomly from one place to the next with her boyfriend, and just generally wasting her time. When she grew sufficiently tired of performing brain-dead minimum-wage work, she decided it was time to become a famous writer. Anyway, a writer. Writing proved to be an ideal career choice, as it involved neither physical exertion nor uncomfortable clothing, and required no social skills.

Ms. Applegate has written more than one hundred books under her own name and a variety of pseudonyms. She has no children, is active in no organizations, and has never been invited to address a joint session of Congress. She does, however, have an evil, foot-biting cat named Dick, and she still enjoys wandering randomly from one place to the next with her boyfriend.

    Aggravating but Awesome

    You know it might just be me but when i went from Spring Break to this book i was majorly dissapointed. Because Katerine Applegate is writing this series out of order to me. First, was Beach Blonds, then Tan Lines, then Spring Break, then Sun-Kissed Christmas. It should actually be: Beach Blonds, Spring Break, Tan Lines, and then Sun-Kissed Christmas coming in after another installment. Because there is so much missing in-between Tan Lines and Sun-Kissed Christmas! Its unreal! Because of this i believe that Katherine Applegate will be writing another book that will fill in all the blanks, lets hope. I was dissapointed with Katerine's ways of writing but these books are amazing! I thought this series would be really dumb but it turned out to be one of my favorites! Check it out.

    Uh-Mazing!!!

    I can't believe it! My eyes must be betraying me! Katherine Applegate has outdone herself by writing another installment to this kick butt serious! If you enjoy any type of novel that entails: drama, love, friendship, and family. You'll absolutely die once you've read this series. Including this book. Escape reality for a second and read this book!! Thank Me Later!

    I read this book in 3 hours!! I started it @ 11 pm and ended it @ 2 am!!! I was so tired the next day but it was sooo worth it!!!!:)
