    Ok version

The author's interpretation is ok, but it gets annoying when all he does is compare the Art of War to his real estate business.

    Art of war

The art of war is important for all aspects of life. If one learns this at a young age they will have a powerful tool as they age and mature. If you read this, have the intention of learning a valuable lesson from it. You might improve your grades in school or get a (better) job by following sun tzu's scripture

    Summary

This is a summary work and needs to exclude the ALL CAPS for emphasis because it only makes the 'work' harder to read effectively.
