Editorial Reviews

School Library Journal

In Japan and China, certain kinds of athletic and military practices are absolutely continuous with self-knowledge and spiritual awareness. No rediscovered classic has enjoyed greater currency than Sun Tzu's Art of War, which has been repackaged as a kind of ancient business manual. Skylight Paths has restored Sun's place among spiritual classics of the East with this fresh, new, annotated translation of a timely and perennially popular classic for a nonscholarly audience.

A brown she~cat with ginger sploches and green eyes, Fruitwhisker is a sweet blind elder with a dark past. She was raised in an evil clan that killed and captured kits and leaders for fun. Her mother was killed in in raid and she never knew her father. She was captured and forced to become a warrior when she was a moon old with no training she was blinded and almost killed by a badger. After that she ran away to a good clan and was healed and trained by the medicine cat but she desided to become a warrior. Her only family she remembers is her sister Jasmineteagrain.

    Suntar-cat book.

This is where you put your cats description, personality, history, and kin. History and kin are totally optional, but you HAVE to put what they look like and their personality before you can join Skyclan. Heres mine. Sunstar: Sunstar is a ginger and white tabby she-cat with amber eyes. She is kind, understanding, and fair to everyone. She is very loyal, and was made fun of by an apprentice because she never got in trouble and worked hard. But it payed off when she was announced clan deputy, and eventually leader. Her warrior name was Sunspot. When she was a kit, she watched her parents get murdered by a black tom with red eyes. She doesn't rememer his name, but wishes she did. She and he sister, Fallkit, were seperated and Sunstar still clings to the belief that she is out there somewhere and alive. She would like a mate someday, but prefers to serve her clan.
