Love this book. The recipes are organized to take advantage of what's in season i.e. they are grouped by season. I have made several of the recipes and each one has been a hit. The pork chili was a fantastic dish with so many different flavors that meshed into a cohesive whole. Not your usual chili. The white bean and kale soup was perfect on a cold winter day and certainly healthy. They do not take long to prepare and the recipes are easily to follow. Good "notes" to the recipes as well as helpful hints.
