    Pulled Me Out Of Depression

Having read many books on natural health, from the perspective of supplements and nutritional dieting, I can say unequivocally that this book has helped me more than any other I've read. I was in a deep depression with strong feelings of oppression. Being a strong Christian, I prayed and spoke with Christian friends, seeking guidance. But, the depression would not fade, the oppression would not lift. The stress of trying to function in this frame of mind and emotional state for several months or more was making me physically ill. One day, as I was digging through my vast pile of books on health, among other topics, this book caught my eye. I picked it up and realized I had read some parts of it, but never finished. The bookmark was at the chapter on amino acids and I began to read. My eyes were opened to an error I was making in taking the vitamin and amino mixture I was currently utilizing. It was causing an imbalance. I stopped my current vitamin/amino complex and began to follow some of what Dr. Balch advised in supplementation. Within a few days, my depression had lifted and I am now back on track and feeling better physically as well. I credit Dr. Balch for the information and thank God for leading me back to finishing reading that book! I recommend it highly to anyone interested in not only maintaining their health, but how it all works synergistically.
