    Wonderful Addition!

I have been crocheting for years and I thought that I had every book that I ever needed for crochet. Boy, did I think wrong. I was looking for a way to complete a sweater that I was making for my daughter and I found this book. What impressed me was the multitude of ideas in this book. Immediately, I found myself looking at ideas such as pockets, buttonholes, collars, etc. I wanted to add some flowers to the sweater. In other words, I could not make up my mind!

The pictures are large and beautiful. The instructions are easy to follow and they are plenty of them. In addition, there are patterns at the end of the book which include: a daisy stitch scarf, woven tote bag, beaded purse, child's sweater, pull-on hats, lady's jacket, pillow in squares, and a felted rug.

Also included in this book is how to shape a sweater and join the parts, how to do filet crochet, adding beads, embroidery, and felting. This was not just finishing but how to start too!

The book is well worth the price since it is a great value. If you ever felt intimidate in designing your own or learning how to do these techniques, this book is for you! It really does take out the guesswork. Every pattern is adaptable. I recommend this book for advanced beginners to intermediate crocheters. It make a great addition to your crochet library!
