I am in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy right now, and this book's exercises are wonderful so far. They are gentle yet effective moves that can be easy to modify. Theres practical information and tips on the exercises in addition to eating during and after pregnancy with some recipes I have yet to try out. It's the best pregnancy workout book I've found so far.
