Super Hits

Editorial Reviews

All Music Guide - Stephen Thomas Erlewine
For most fans, it's inconceivable to have an Alan Jackson hits collection without "Chattahoochee" or "Don't Rock the Jukebox," neither of which are on the budget-line compilation Super Hits. And that, naturally, is a problem for the casual fan, the kind who would buy a budget-line disc expecting that their favorites would be present. Taken on its own terms, as a random sampling of nine songs from Alan Jackson's catalog, it's entertaining and possibly even a bargain for listeners on a tight budget, but most fans are much better-served by the definitive Greatest Hits Collection.
