    This book is very well worth the price. It is interesting to read up on the foods and the so called "powers". if you will. that they have. It was a fun read and left me wanting to know more. I liked finding out exactly what is in the foods I eat. I am keeping this book so that I can refer back to it often and keep educating myself on the benefits of healthy eating. This book is good for anyone! I have even shared it with my family so that they too can read up on having a healthy immunity.
