I wish they still made big-two comics like this one. An exciting story of Superman vs. Metallo, all done in one issue. This is the story of Superman's first meeting with Metallo after John Byrne's "Man of Steel" reboot of the character.

Recently got a Nook HD+ as a reader for a technical documentation and have since been experimenting with various media implementations. Nook's comic book reader works very well and provides an entertaining experience. Fours stars because the comic was a little short.

Digital format is frustrating to navigate. John Byrne overwrites this issue.

I hadn't been a reader of Superman comics since I was a young kid until John Byrne did the post Crisis reboot of Superman in "Man of Steel". This is the first issue of Superman after that reboot. The Man of Steel is still relatively new to Metropolis so this is the re-introduction of Metallo. Beginning a long good run by Byrne on various Superman titles.
