Best of all, most of these delicious-sounding recipes are vegetarian, so they are healthy without being boring. You can tell just by reading these simple-to-follow, well-crafted recipes that they are loads of fun to prepare and consume.
The illustrations are completely adorable as well as instructive. There are a few pages devoted to explaining kitchen basics to curious chefs then about seventy fabulous recipes, everything from scrumptious salads and sandwiches to hearty casseroles, soups and delicious desserts. Encouraging mindful eating at such an early age can only be a good thing! By making cooking this much fun, the author sets little minds and tummies off on the path to a lifetime of good health.
This colorful cookbook is simply brilliant and guarantees hours of imaginative fun in the kitchen. Get it and get cooking!
