Wagner ranges far and wide, covering the early days of the Court, major cases through U.S. history, how the Court operates on a day-to-day basis, how oral arguments proceed, and how the justices decide cases. Some of the most fascinating details are found in chapter 5, "How the Supreme Court Works," and chapter 6, "How a Case Is Decided."
