Not for anyone who wants to improve blood sugar

This book has 15 pages. The first couple of pages advises the quantity of carbs men and women should have and it's way too high. If you are diabetic or have pre diabetes, you should never have the number of carbs suggested. Next is a page each showing foods with 15 carbs each and there are several pages of this - like a grains page, fruit page, a page with beans etc. This is not the book to be able to look up a carb count of a particular food.

I was told I have prediabetes and have read that is is possible

I was told I have prediabetes and have read that is is possible to reverse this with diet and exercise. Obviously what I am doing is not working
but I didnt know what changes to make. I have found SureCount helpful and educational as it has taught me about carbohydrate foods
and portion sizes. I now feel more confident because I have referenced SureCount so many times that I know what foods and what portion
amounts keep me in my safe carbohydrate zone. I still have prediabetes but do not have diabetes and am working hard to keep my
carbohydrate intake consistent and within my doctor's recommendations so SureCount helps me do that!
