    Overpriced and incomplete

This book is far from a comprehensive guide. I've been surfing nearly forty years, and can say with certainty that Mark Blackburn is far from an authority on this subject. There are numerous omissions and factual errors. It's an OK 'coffee table' item, but as a real reference guide, it falls very far short of the mark.
