Description:This is the first edition book addressing surgical anatomy, surgical approaches and surgical techniques of cervical, thoracic and lumbar spines.
Purpose:The purpose is to provide a reference on basic knowledge and techniques for physicians, residents and students involved in treating patients with spinal disorders. The book met the objectives.
Audience:The audience targeted in this publication includes neurosurgeons, orthopaedic surgeons and residents in both specialties.
Features:Content is presented in eight sections. The first section deals with surgical anatomy and approaches. The following section/surgical treatment techniques of various spinal dysfunctions are addressed such as stenosis, trauma, deformities, tumors and infection.
