Good Romance - yes. Maitland Maternity - no.

While it is technically set in the same world as the Maitland Maternity series there are only a few brief cameos from the 'Maitland Family Characters' there is not even an update on what those characters personal lives are like - they are all business. If you are looking for a good romance - no smut and with strong female protagonists - this is probably a good choice. If you are thinking of purchasing because it is part of the Maitland Maternity sereis - don't bother you'll be disappointed.
