All taboo, all the time. Read the summary and you'll have a good idea of what's going to happen in this book. Needless to say, it's a "Gonzo" (very little plot, sex scenes play the largest role) work that delves (wallows?) in its own kink. Don't expect interesting, complex characters or a detailed plot, but for exploring the surface of its fetish of choice, it does a good job, with some dirty laughs along the way.

My main problem with this story is the pregnancy and defective thing. I'm against abortion and in the context in this story it was like no big deal at all. Like a defective baby is no big deal. Yeah, I know it's fiction, but that paragraph rubbed me the wrong way. Like a father-daughter thing will rub someone the wrong way. Dialogue was a little phony in last part of story--didn't seem natural. Otherwise, writing and story are okay.
