He has worked for over twenty years in various companies worldwide, including George Sourcing Service (a Walmart subsidiary), Tesla Motors Inc., and Apple Inc., where he served as the sustainability program manager.
Charm holds a Doctorate in Global Business and Leadership from California Intercontinental University, USA, as well as an MBA with a specialization in Finance from the University of Wales, Institute of Cardiff, UK, and a bachelor’s degree in BA (Hons) Management from Middlesex University, UK. He also has a diploma in Shipping, Logistics, and International Trade from the Institute of Commercial Studies and has completed a Sustainable Business Strategy course from Harvard University, USA.
As an esteemed lecturer, Charm has taught at prestigious academic institutions in the UK for over fifteen years. He has been recognized for his exceptional contributions and was included in the Marquis Who's Who in America 2023 edition. Currently, he resides in Cupertino, California.
