About the Author

W. Gary Wilson is Associate Vice President and Senior Program Manager for Environmental Management Services at the Boston consultancy QST Environmental, Inc. He has more than 28 years of experience in the field of environmental management and performance measurements, and is a member of the TC 207, the international committee which formulated the ISO 14000 series of standards. Both Wilson and Sasseville are coauthors with Robert Lawson of the ISO 14000 Answer Book (Wiley).

Dennis R. Sasseville is Senior Manager for KPMG Peat Marwick's Environmental Management Practice. He has over 25 years of experience in environmental, health and safety planning, policy-making, and business advisory services, and is also a member of the TC 207.
