    It really does work!

    This really works, plus it's healthy and easy to follow. A must for those who have tried every other diet. Once you have attained your goal and are looking for your soul mate read 'Heart Conditions' by Vanda Millien...then you will be physically and emotionally fulfilled!

    Easy way to lose weight!!!

    I lost 20 pounds. It is easy to read and understand. What a great way to diet. I followed this book and had no problem losing weight. Suzanne Somers did a great job with this book.

    Been there CONTINUE TO DO THAT

    Hello! If you purchased this book you are ready to Rock "n" Roll! Let me just state that this book is a superb continuation to Suzzane's first book "Somersize" Eat Great Lose Weight. I purchased her first book 5 years ago, "lived" this to a tee and lost 127lbs. in about 8 months. The first month that I elimnated sugar I lost 23 lbs. She is right....and I have continued to follow this, purchasing and reading her new book just adds to the elation of being "ME"! I cannot express enough that it takes the will to change....but anyone can do this. What a powerful life to be free of worrying about everything that is associated with being overweight. Happy New Year to you all!

    75 lbs gone

    This is another great book for her collection.......fantastic recipes..I have been following her program and have reached my final goal of 120 lbs in only 1 year I have lost a total of 75 lbs following her program...this is wonderful!!!!

    it really works

    I have just purchased this new book after trying to loose weight for the past year with other methods, and failing. I am over 60 and I have found it nearly impossible to loose weight. I decieded to TEST this system by switching to decaf coffee, chedar cheese, cottage cheese, celery and turkey breast on a friday morning. Thats all I ate for 3 days. I ate all I wanted, and snacked on it too. I consumed over 2 lbs of cheese and several pounds of turkey and lots of decaf. I gave up all my delicious sugars, starches and caffeen, and chocolate for that week end. I was very leary of consuming so many calories, and still loosing weight. When I weighed myself monday morning, I had lost 6 lbs in 3 days without any exercise. I was shocked and really read the book seriously. I have now adopted the full diet plan for life. I am sold.
