Maisie Fantaisie was founded in 2003 to create unique wedding cakes and celebration cakes by May Clee-Cadman. May studied Art and Design history, graduating with an honours degree in 2000 and went on to train with one of London's most prestigious wedding cake designers before opening her bakery.

    gotta have!!!

    the ideas and techniques presented in this book are outstanding. A definite must have for those of us who love decorating cakes and seeing peoples reaction to our creations! Highly recommend this book!!!

    Beautiful cakes

    I bought this cake book thinking I could get some ideas from it since I am new to cake decorating. Most all the cakes in this book work with fondant. I have not gotten to using fondant just yet but I'm sure it will come in handy for designing cakes then. For beginning cake decorators, not a great choice.
