Editorial Reviews

From the Publisher
"I love what you are doing and the way that you do it. I used to think that if i just told someone to quit the sugary stuff they would do it. I usually lost those patients. I didn't realize how locked into the sweet taste must people are—really addicted. You propose an easy solution, gradualism, or getting the sweet taste and good nutrition at the same time. I need your book to enhance my almost effective doctor-patient rapport. I can say 'do it' and I know they can." —Lendon H. Smith, MD, author of Feed Your Kids Right

    Highly Recommended

I love this book, I had one years ago and gave it away to someone whom needed it because she was a diabetic. Now I am a diabetic myself & ordered the book from my local Barnes and Nobles. I love them down at the book store everyone is so nice. Everything in this book is sugar free made from natural fruits or from artificial sweetener. This book is good for dieters also, that is why I got it in the first place. Sugar is the number enemy in diet's today, it turns into fat and put's weight on us. Love the book enjoy one yourself. Tasty Tastebud Trainer

Love the recipes in this book! Not only has it reduced our family sugar intake, it has helped train our tastebuds to enjoy the sweetness found naturally in a wide variety of fruits. Diabetic friends also appreciate the treats we make especially for them from this resource.
