If you're looking for inspirational stories with conservative Christian values, you need to know that not all of the stories in this book are faith based. But if you're just looking for some sweet romance without all the steamy sex scenes you've come to the right place... I will be looking for more books from several of these authors.

I was privileged to read three stories out of the SWEET CHRISTMAS 3 collection, and the only regrets I have is that their stories were not longer, as I loved hanging out with the characters at Christmas, and that I did not get the complete selection. Of course, the second regret I can rectify, by buying them. The first one I read of THE CHRISTMAS GIFT by Raine English. We immediately find out that Riley is melancholy at the Christmas season. Sweetly told, it includes a rescue puppy that is too adorable to leave, and a girl who is still missing hers. I connected with Riley on all points, and Mason was swoon worthy. The second one was UNTANGLING CHRISTMAS by Shanna Hatfield, and as the name suggests, involves Christmas lights, and a Christmas Tree Festival. What started out as a favour for a friend, getting an old, donated warehouse up to code for the festival, turned out to be so much more for Mike an electrician by trade. Taylor is in charge of the event. She is what I would like to be, but as an introvert I would never dare to draw attention to myself like she does, without thinking, it seems. Maybe because I could do the things through her is why I enjoyed the story! The third story is Miracle Mountain. Three really quirky “aunts”,who call themselves the GGs, a girl who caters to them and a guy who knows what's best for everyone. That Savannah and Mason have a history is icing on the cake. This one is my favorite of the three, maybe because I got to know the characters really well, and I loved that Savannah was a carpenter. Great holiday reading, and I recommend you try it! Thank you to Milou Koenings for the opportunity to read these selections. I was given them free. The opinions are my own.

If you're in the mood for holiday stories, you'll enjoy this boxed set. There is a nice mix of authors, settings and romance. Shanna Hatfield made me fall in love with This story. Mike Clarke doesn't like redheads. His former red headed girlfriend dumped him very publicly and he hasn't gotten over her rejection. He takes his frustration out on Taylor Taggart just because of her hair color. In reality he's attracted to her. Will he get beyond her looks and realize what a giving woman she is? I liked Taylor. She's a strong woman who has recovered from heartbreak. It took me longer to warm up to Mike. He needs to grow up and put the past behind him. I'm glad that he learned from his mistakes. I loved their journey to find true love. In a Miracle Mountain Christmas by Ciara Knight, Savannah Blake faces the man who left her to endure ridicule and loss by herself. The town blamed Mason for the accidental death of Savannah's sister. Six years have passed and the crazy ladies known as the GGs trick Mason into coming home. Do these two get a second chance? I loved the rugged and snowy mountains. They are the perfect setting for a holiday romance. Savannah and Mason deserve happiness. Their story broke my heart. I enjoy reading a second chance romance. In The Kampala Peppermint Twist by Milou Koenings we celebrate a Christmas romance set in Africa. When Annie dumps her boyfriend/boss, she ends up unemployed. Her parents are in Africa volunteering so she's on her own until they invite her to come see them. Annie is up for the adventure. Is she ready for love? I liked Annie. she's smart and feisty. When she meets "Tuxedo Man" she's attracted and so is he. He may irritate her, but she finds that Dr. Madan has a generous heart. Suddenly afraid Annie runs back to the safety of Green Pines. I wanted to shake her and tell her to open her heart to love. This story is filled with charming characters, an exotic setting and an interesting plot. I fell in love with this story. Besides these there are more heartwarming tales. This is such a wonderful holiday set. They definitely put me in the holiday spirit.

What a totally fun box set written by some very talented authors. When you see a box set for this price it is hard to turn it down. It is a great way to get a taste of new authors and hopefully find one that will become your favorite. Untangling Christmas by Shanna Hatfield It was a totally delightful sweet read with a title that so fits the story. Neither Taylor nor Mike is looking for love both have been majorly hurt. Love or a relationship is very low on their list. Mike takes one look at this wild child and said NO WAY keep that fruitcake away from me. Taylor takes one look and said nice looking but what is going on with that wild hair. Mike said some things that he shouldn’t have and Taylor over hears him. Can we say HOT WATER! As they untangle the Christmas lights they seem to get all tangled together in other ways. It doesn’t help when everyone they know keeps pushing them together. I really liked Mike even if his mouth is a little too big at times. I really wanted to give him a talking to a time or two. Poor Taylor I felt so sorry for her when Mike’s mouth ran away and hurt her feelings. I really loved her Uncle he kept me laughing. This was a very run read that I read at one setting I just couldn’t get enough. The ending will wow you as these two work on getting their act together. I have to say this story put you right in the Christmas mood. I love the humor that this author brings to this box set. I am not going to lie even though I really liked Mike there was a time or two I would have loved to have had a heart to heart. There was nothing I didn’t like about Taylor from her bright clothes to her sunny ways. The author gives you a few passionate scenes that will melt your heart along with a very good plot. Their friends were a delight I got a kick out of watching them try their hands a match making. There is pain and sorrow along with a lot of love that fills this pages. I got a lot of enjoyment and laughs along with tons of smiles. I can’t wait to read more from each of these author as I read this set I will update my review. This is going to be one fun loving wonderful set of read for sure.

really enjoyed this collection of sweet Christmas stories. They were all so heartfelt and joyous. Definite recommended read. The Christmas Gift by Raine English Riley was single and sad this Christmas. What she thought would end in an engagement ended. As in a cheating ex and moving in with her sister back in their hometown. Little does she know little sister has a plan. Mason knew he needed to grow up. But when Riley ripped his heart out and left those years ago he made changes. Now he was a successful business owner and he wanted her back. And her being in town just may offer him the chance he needs. And with her working with the animals at DoggieTown could be the perfect solution. Will her sisters Christmas gift of a puppy bring him the one gist he wants most of all...her love? Untangling Christmas by Shanna Hatfield Mike had been burned by his last girl and he's vowed to never fall in love again. And when his friends need him to help on a project he definitely won't fall for the fiery redhead in charge. Taylor is drawn to the brawny electrician but she doesn't do love. Or relationships. And his obvious disdain for her just makes that even more pronounced. But the more time they spend together the more they become friendly. With this project helping the town, seems they are thrown together more and more. And when each are in need of a date it seems fate more than puts them together. Will these two overcome their differences and painful pasts to see what could become during this Christmas season? A Miracle Mountain Christmas by Ciara Knight Three meddling old ladies, a girl who lost all, and the man who left her broken. All thrown together in this incomplete bed and breakfast in a winter storm. Makes for a really great read! Savannah was broken. With her sisters death she lost everything. Her family, her sister and the boy who was supposed to love her forever. Now she is a successful contractor working for the only family she has left. The three who never left her. The GGs. Now its seven years later and her heart just can't take anymore. Mason is back and although she never got over him she won't risk her heart again. He'll leave just like he did before. Mason can't believe they set him up. And have thrown him together with Savannah. She is more beautiful than ever. But she hates him. And who could blame her. He blamed himself. He'll be on the first plane back home. If he could get there. A storm has him suspiciously stuck on the mountain with just Savannah. Can he take this chance to make her fall in love with him again? Do miracles really happen on this mountain? The Kampala Peppermint Twist by Milou Koenings Annie has had her whole life change. Her best friend just got married, she broke up with a jerk of a boyfriend who just happened to be her boss, and he fired her. So now she's home alone for Christmas. Until her mom and dad invite her to Uganda for their mission work. So she's off to Africa. On her way she meets an intruiging man. Never knowing who he is until she reaches Africa. Raj was also intruiged by her. And when he finds her in his hospital reading to the little girl who has captured his heart he is drawn to her even more. And when they dance at the Christmas party he knows he wants to be with her more. Bit as things become serious Annie is scared. She can't leave all she knows and loves to come work and live in Africa...can she? Will he come after her and make her see he will be what she needs and love

A Couple by Christmas by Pat Simmons Boxed Set: Sweet Christmas Kisses 3 Derek and Robyn Washington had once been a family. A church-going, Christian family. They had a son, Tyler. Two years ago they had let petty bickering escalate as they went through a divorce. Christmas is coming. Their son will turn six. Both Derek and Robyn are different people. After spending last Christmas alone, Derek doesn't want that this year for Robyn. Can two people who were once in love—and then acted so hateful that they didn't see or speak to each other—spend a few days together for the sake of their son? If you get emotional when reading, this is definitely a book to have a box of tissues handy. I loved the story and look forward to reading more about this couple. Mistletoe and Sage by Lyn Cote Northern Intrigue Series Novella Boxed Set: Sweet Christmas Kisses 3 Deputy Sage Dietz has a busy life. The loss of her husband, her first love, still hurts but she has a young son to raise and an old farmhouse to remodel. A criminal to catch. The last thing she needs is to be attracted to her new coworker. Deputy Garrett Connolly moved to Steadfast, Wisconsin to leave his past behind. To let his heart heal and start fresh. He's reminded of his mom's words not to fall into a rebound romance—so he fights his desire to know Sage better. Easier said than done. There's a vandal to catch before the out-of-towners come back to Steadfast for the hunting season. The fancy new subdivision that is being vandalized brings in much needed revenue for the town. Working the case—not to mention Ma Havlecek—keeps putting Sage and Garrett too close for comfort.

The Kampala Peppermint Twist I received an advanced copy of this story in exchange for an honest review. This is just one of the stories in the Sweet Christmas Kisses 3 box set. This was a very cute story. Annie is heading to Uganda for the holidays to stay with her parents who are doing charity work there. On the way she bumps into Raj in a discheveled tux and immediately makes some snap judgements about his character. She was in for a surprise when she found out they were going to the same place. Very sweet story, sad and hopeful at the same time. The descriptions of the hospital and conditions for patients really came through the pages well. I absolutely loved all of the characters in this story, from Annie and Raj to her parents and friends.

Great holiday collection! I had the privilege of reading The Christmas Gift by Raine English in this collection of sweet holiday romances. Riley Wayne didn't feel like there was much to celebrate this year for Christmas, but her sister Taylor had other plans. She loved the fact that her sister had moved back home and was starting over. She intended for them to have a wonderful Christmas with all of the traditions from their childhood. Riley had no idea that Taylor along with Riley's ex Mason Carr had planned a Christmas surprise hoping to nudge Riley's defenses and to make way for Mason to share the fact that his feelings for her have never changed. I was given an ARC for an honest review. All conclusions are mine and mine alone.

Mistletoe and Sage by Lyn Cote is a sweet romance! Having enjoyed Cote’s Northern Intrigue series, I welcomed the opportunity to revisit the small town of Steadfast, Wisconsin. Sage and Garrett are vulnerable characters who must work together to find out who is responsible for several acts of vandalism. I delighted in the development of Sage and Garrett’s relationship and would love to continue their story. While I received a complimentary copy of Mistletoe and Sage from the author, I have also purchased this boxed set and am eager to read the other novellas. Sweet Christmas Kisses 3 is sure to be a great collection!

Note - This review is for Mistletoe and Sage by Lyn Cote. I received a copy in return for an honest review. Mistletoe and Sage is a wonderful novella that will certainly put you in the holiday spirit. Someone is vandalizing a new, affluent housing project, and Deputy Sage Dietz is asked to help with the investigation. Lyn Cote's writing style is always enjoyable, and the only drawback to this story was how soon it ended because it was a novella. It would be very interesting developed into a full length book. I look forward to reading the rest of the novellas in this collection. Christmas stories are always endearing, and a collection of seventeen novellas will be fun to read!

A great collection of Christmas stories. I received "On Christmas Eve" by Mona Risk and "Secret Wish" by Victoria Pinder in exchange for an honest review. I enjoyed both stories. I have always enjoyed stories by Victoria Pinder but this was the first book I've read by Mona Risk and enjoyed it. I purchased this bundle and look forward to reading the other stories. You can't go wrong with seventeen books to read.cc

I am reviewing two of the novellas from this fun collection. These are all stand alone stories. I really enjoyed reading the two novellas that I am reviewing and I look forward to getting to read others in the collection in the future! Mistletoe and Sage by Lyn Cote - I liked the combination of two hardworking law enforcement officers, each with hurts from their past coming together to solve a string of vandalism crimes plaguing their small town. These two characters were easy to like and I felt compassion toward both of them and hope for a future as a family together. There was also a sweet little boy in the mix. I loved seeing the way his mom was doing her best to be a good mother to him. The Kampala Peppermint Twist by Milou Koenings - This novella was so fun to read! I loved the way the two main characters meet on the airplane and the way their lives intersect over the following weeks in Africa. This story does a great job of exposing the misconceptions we can have about people based on their place in society. There were plenty of humorous moments, but also so much heart! I really loved the setting for this novella and the way the relationship developed for the characters in this story. I received complimentary copies of these two novellas in exchange for my honest review.

On Christmas Eve by Mona Risk Tiffany leaves her fiancé 5 years ago when she thinks he has cheated on her. She decides not to date and goes on with her life. Her family protects her until the day that she literally bumps into her ex. Matthew is the driver of the car that Tiffany backs into. She claims he ran into her but he says otherwise. Will Tiffany and Matthew work out their problems. See what happens. On Christmas Eve is a short novella that will make you laugh and smile and wish it would never end. I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review. The Christmas Gift by Raine English Riley and Mason used to date and they split up because Riley wanted something that Mason couldn’t offer her. She moved on and things didn’t work out there either. So she moved back to live with her sister. Her sister comes up with a plan to get the two of them back together. The only problem I had with the story is that I thought it was too short. I would have loved to have had a little more time to get to know these characters a little better. I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review Second Chance Christmas by Merrillee Whren Melanie and J.D. used to be an item when they were younger. They used to hang out together and enjoyed each other’s company even though they were total opposites. He was a neat person, she was messy. He was prompt, she was late and the list goes on. Everyone thought that Melanie was making a mistake but her and J.D. got married. He left to pursue his tennis career because he couldn’t stand the fact that Melanie stayed home and binge ate and didn’t clean the house. He left for 4 years to return and find out that Melanie had a secret that she was keeping from her. Could they work out their problems and put the past behind them. Would they finally find their happy ever after and be able to pursue a future together Untangling Christmas by Shanna Hatfield Mike is an electrician in a small town and his best friend Brock is married to Brenna who owns the local bistro. She fixes Mike breakfast every morning and one morning she asked him to do a favor for her. She has a friend who is new to town and she will be using an old warehouse to store the Christmas trees for the festival of trees auction that will be coming up soon. The wiring in the warehouse needs to be checked to make sure that it is safe for all the trees that will be showcased there. Mike is just getting over a bad relationship. He has this dislike for redheads now. And the new director of the warehouse happens to be a really weird redhead. She dresses in her own style. Mike tries to get the warehouse ready without having much contact with her but that doesn’t always work out for him. This book will show you that it is true opposites do attract. I really enjoyed this book by Shanna Hatfield and had a hard time putting it down. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. I enjoyed the 4 books that I was asked to read and review so much that I went out and bought the box set. I can't wait to read the rest of the stories. I am sure that you will feel the same way.

*Note* This review is for The Kampala Peppermint Twist, which is just one of the many books in this box set. Annie’s life takes an unexpected turn after she dumps her boyfriend, loses her job, and decides to hop on a plane to Africa to visit her parents. She never expected to bump into the handsome, yet irritating stranger that she sat next to on her flight again. And she certainly didn’t expect to enjoy her visit to Africa so much. Will she choose to stay in the country she has come to love with the man she has come to care so deeply for? Or will she let fear overtake her and lose every chance of happiness…. I need to preface this by saying that in general, I prefer full-length novels to novellas. A lot of times, novellas are lacking in story and substance and there’s just something missing. However, that is most definitely not the case with this novella. This author is obviously a gifted writer and was able to create a beautiful story that was packed with substance, intrigue, and entertainment. I didn’t feel like anything was missing in this story. The writing style was smooth and flowed effortlessly and I loved the characters. Especially Raj. He and Annie definitely had this palpable chemistry that was incredibly addicting. In short, this was an extremely well-written novella that was fun and entertaining to read. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend it! (I received an ARC in exchange for a fair and honest review. All of the above opinions are entirely my own.)
