Sweetener never seems frivolous. The love songs carry weight, there's gravity in the effervescent re-creations of disco; the sparkling EDM surfaces of "Good Night N Go" coalesce into a sweet romanticism, and the big club beats seem elastic, not rigid. Similarly,
