Sarah Levy is the 27-year-old proprietor of Sarah's Pastries and Candies, which she opened at age 23, and which has two Chicago locations, on Oak Street and in the historic Macy's on State Street. She is a graduate of both Northwestern University and the French Pastry School of Chicago.
