    Great book and workout library

This is a wonderful book and deck of workout cards. I recommend you get the book and read before starting the workout cards. From the first carefully designed workout I felt Sheila's principles (secrets) for fast swimming were being driven home.

This is truly a different swim technique system, though ironically very basic in its approach. Sheila drives the fundamentals of fast swimming home with here book and workouts. No real secrets just very clearly and convincingly written explanations with workouts that drive them home.

You will have to work to swim fast, but unless you work intelligently, faster times will not come. Sheila makes the path to fsster swim times clear. Simple, intelligent instruction from a proven Olympian.
