I'm a home health Physical Therapist Assistant, and I often use the Swiss Ball as a core strengthening tool with my patients. Most Swiss Ball books focus more on advanced/difficult exercises and poses. I found this book to have a better balance of basic, beginning, intermediate and advanced exercises. The pictures are good and the descriptions are clear.
