Even though this is a class syllabus from early 1900s intended for fifth grade or so, the directions given assume the teacher at least knows what she is doing. Kettle stitching French binding with tapes and Chautaqua hinges are just some of the assumptions. Mitering corners of glued on fabric as it enfolds a board is also assumed not diagrammed. Ideas are attractive but get fundamentals elsewhere.
