Lois Ellen Frank is an award-winning author and photographer. Her book Foods of the Southwest Indian Nations won the James Beard Award. She lives in Santa Fe where she is a professional chef, author, and photographer. Her catering company, Red Mesa Cuisine, features many of the recipes in her cookbooks.
