This is not for any active T'ai Chi practice, in spite of the label. Though the fourth track (Invoking the Warrior) does provide enough fast paced rhythm for a strenuous eight minute t'ai chi movement segment and the eighth track (Chi of Breath) does provide enough rhythm for a slow seven minute t'ai chi movement segment; but the rest of the CD is better suited for a sitting, standing or lying prone meditation.
For meditation set the volume at the lowest threshold of your hearing and enjoy your 61 minutes of meditation.
This CD is also enjoyable for simple listening pleasure.
