Tai Chi is not easy, the movements are as complex as the as the body and mind that executes them.  Learning Tai Chi from a book is difficult but this book makes it astoundingly easy.  Pictures and the written explanations are step by step and flow by flow.  The principles of Yin and Yang are beautifully presented. Buy this book and and as you explore Tai Chi, you will be guided by a Master.
